This Hermes Medor Collier de Chein belt is a classic in many ways. The design is from 1929 and the combination of black leather and gold hardware will stay in style forever. According to popular belief, the design was originally for an Hermes client’s bulldog - hence the name, “Collier de Chien” or “dog collar”.
